1. Acceptance
By accessing scentrev-mcp (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
scentrev-mcp provides programmatic access to fragrance data over the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and REST. Data is derived from community sources and normalized into structured scores. We make no guarantee that the data is complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.
3. API keys & acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your API key secret and for all activity under it. Do not attempt to scrape the underlying dataset in bulk, resell raw access, circumvent rate limits, or use the Service to build a directly competing dataset. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke access that abuses the Service.
4. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during its current free period. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. Check the status page for current operational information.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, scentrev-mcp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
